How to maintain Relationship Long-life forever ?

Trust, Loyalty, Transparency is most necessary to maintain a stable understanding in a relation. Compromises are essential from atleast one person among both of them but that doesn't mean other should take disadvantage. There should be a balance maintained in it which depends on what they feel n how they understand each other. In any situation, if any one of them is irated, depressed or not in a state of mind to listen due to some genuine factor then the other one should understand & handle him/her as per the situation with love n care. Understanding increases reliability on each other to make a balanced relation. Strictly both should take care that they shouldn't get distracted by any other third person which leads to mentally n physically pushing away each other, create misunderstandings between each other n destroys the long-time constructed faith, loyalty forever in just a second forever. (A silly thing to hear but a fact which happens).
